Our planning involved developing a robust brand strategy for VisionPoint, one that could seamlessly transition across all marketing channels, both digital and traditional. We honed their messaging and incorporated visuals that would strike a chord with potential patients.

With a consistent brand in place, we built an effective and responsive website by conducting a thorough audit of the existing site, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing a user-friendly design. We also created an appointment landing page to maximize conversions.

The Challenges

Despite having a loyal patient base, VisionPoint had yet to tap into the vast potential of digital advertising, relying solely on traditional print media such as newspapers and billboards. Their website, a crucial touchpoint for potential patients, had not seen an update in a decade.

During the first year, appointments increased by 16% and continued year after year for their six locations.

Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute (LBJI) is Northwest Indiana's most extensive orthopedic practice with six general practice locations and three urgent care locations. Our primary objective was to increase patient traffic at urgent care centers.

Our strategy included segmenting the audience into three demographic groups across three counties and developing detailed personas, including health behaviors and lifestyle choices. Our campaigns spanned multiple channels, including outdoor, print, and digital, focusing on the geographical regions around LBJI’s urgent care centers.

The Challenges

Our market research revealed a limited understanding of the scope of orthopedic services, including a lack of knowledge of orthopedic urgent care. The Chicagoland market was also just 35 miles away.

The Results

In the second year, our strategy successfully increased new patient traffic to LBJI's urgent care centers by 24%, with an additional 10%—15% patient traffic increase projected for the third year.
