“I have always known I wanted to own my business,” says Chris Barbauld, founder and president of The Barbauld Agency. “In 2009, I started a local advertising business selling ads on the back of real estate flyers. Once I sold an ad, I would sit down with the business owner and create a marketing plan for their business. Realizing that this was my true calling, I quickly transitioned into a full service marketing and advertising agency.”
It wasn’t long before Chris realized he needed a partner in the business. In early 2012, he added Molly Randolph to the team, and the two have built the company into a successful agency.
